National Anthem

Sierra Bonita elementary school celebrated the 200th anniversary of the National Anthem.
Tami Pyfer, education adviser to Gov. Gary Herbert, was there and spoke about "opportunity"
The kids sang, danced, played instruments...
They included the special-needs kiddo's and had them "talk" using their communication devices, which, of-course, gets HUGE points in my book...and led
me to start crying.
The talent in this school will bring you to tears.
The teachers should really be proud of these kiddo's!
And the teachers....
pat yourselves on the back!
The school concluded by singing “God Bless the USA” by Lee Greenwood...
If you weren't doing the "ugly-cry" by this point you weren't human.
It was just a wonderful reminder how blessed we are!
*Thanks to my beautiful friend, Janna Slye, who had me come take pictures:)
